Turnaround time and shipping

Turnaround time is currently 2-5 days for personalised mugs,glass tumblers and accessories

Ready to ship items will be despatched within 1-2 days

Snowglobe tumblers or custom orders will take up to 7 days to make and despatch

i will always try and get your orders made and despatched as soon as possible but please be patient that some orders will take longer due to this being my second job and having to work around my vet nursing job.
