Returns policy

Returns/refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the items. If an item is damaged or defected, proof of this must be sent to us before returning the item. 

Refunds are not offered for items that have been custom made or personlised with a name.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return postage will be paid for by the buyer in instances where the item is no longer needed or wanted. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kprintdesignz@outlook.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
